Requirements:
-Male/Female max age 32 years old
-S1 Psychology, Law or Management from reputable university
-More than 2 years experience in manufacture industry
-Experience as Supervisor min 1 year
-Demonstrated progressive experience within human resources/ personnel management, preferably obtained in a manufacturing environment.
-A strong understanding of Indonesian labour laws and health and safety regulations.
-Significant experience with Jamsostek and payroll tax compliance, including the preparation of monthly and yearly PPh21 returns.
-Have proven track record in handling industrial relation such as PKB, Salary negotiation, relation with government institute.
-Have deep knowledge in Recruitment and Training area such as TNA, MPP, BSC, and also Job Analysis
-A pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities.
-Computer ability is a must
-Able to work in team
-Possessing positive work attitudes and initiative
-Hardworker, proactive, having excellent interpersonal skill, conceptual thinking, and strong in teamwork and communication skill
-Ability to make reports, documents or excel reporting
-Willing to work in Krian-Sidoarjo area
